Casa "El Molino" is located in the village of Tobed, in the Sistema Ibérico, one hour from Zaragoza city.
With a total extension of more than 1.100 m2 of land, it consists of 5 floors in several buildings, built in a centenary house and over an old mill and wine cellar, which conserve their original stone, brick and adobe walls (up to 1 m. thick), as well as the original wooden beams. The floors are terracotta tiles and rustic stoneware, except for some bedrooms which have wooden floorboards. The exterior is paved in natural stone.
Additional buildings include a garage, a greenhouse, an outdoor games room and an underground cellar of about 60 m2. Outside, paved in stone, different species of fruit trees grow (plum, cherry, peach, apple, pear, fig, kaki, medlar, hazelnut, walnut, etc.). A centenary walnut tree stands out, which in summer provides shade almost all day long.
