Dominating the rest of the building, adding 2 more floors, this unit comes from the original family house built at the beginning of the 20th century. Its brick pillars and wooden beamed ceilings, baked clay floors and hydraulic tiles of the period, as well as the art deco paintings on the eaves and ceilings of the bedrooms, have all been preserved.
The current house is centrally heated by cast iron radiators, with period furniture and fittings. All bedrooms have television and en-suite bathrooms.
It can be accessed either through the common area that connects the three units from the main entrance of "Casa El Molino", or through its own exit door to the upper street.
